What is a queue calling keypad?
A queue calling keypad is a small hardware device at each counter that lets staff call the next customer, recall a number, or send a no-show to the missed list at the press of a button — no computer or mouse required. It is the fastest, most reliable way for busy counters to drive the queue, and it works as part of the full Qtech queue management system alongside queue displays and kiosks.
