After registering via Self Service Kiosks or QR Code Weblink, customers will be able to receive updates regarding the position of the queue, they are then alerted of their queue position and they will proceed to make their way to your designated waiting area. Customers are also able to click into this notification, and view their live queue information via the QStatus Weblink.
