This Queue Status Monitoring feature allows customers to monitoring their queue on a weblink.
Upon receiving a Queue Number, the customer may be redirected to this weblink to monitor their queue online on their mobile. This feature updates the customer on their Live Position in queue. When their turn is near, the app will notify the customer via a ringtone and SMS or Web notifications.
This Queue Ticket contains information such as the Queue Number and the number of person ahead in the queue. The Queue Ticket can be customised with the Corporate Logo, or a QR Code for the customer to scan and be redirected to a link with contains live information on their queue status. (Eg. Live position in Queue, and the counter they are being called at.)
